"Considering the city government's comprehensive push for SMART City services via the use of technology with the aim of providing efficient, effective, convenient, and leading edge services to the constituency and existing business residents of the city, the office of the Information and Communications Technology or ICT of the city government needs to constantly maintain a level of security and compliance so as not to compromise these objectives.  A top concern are regulatory requirements for data privacy which the city government puts a lot of emphasis on and therefore resources to ensure compliance. Thankfully, we learned about PRIVAAS, especially their comprehensive PIA module.
